We take great care in preparing every custom order for our customers, this is why our process starts with a careful selection of ingredients, accessories and even to schedule planning for each of our decorators so their work is not rushed or of poor quality. All of this takes time to plan. Which is why we have included this new policy where we will no longer be taking changes on any order during the actual week the order is due. This includes changes to size, flavor, or the design. Even though we can get booked up weeks ahead, if we plan correctly, we can sometimes make room for some simple orders. We strive to bring our best quality work to our customers, so we hope everyone understands and we are looking forward to creating many more sweet memories with you!
